Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between I Own You (ranked 1424 p4p, 167 weight class) and Dean Pritchard (ranked 1875 p4p, 223 weight class). You comes to the ring accompanied by Own You. Dean Pritchard is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dean Pritchard!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pritchard throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by You.


It looks like I Own You has been cut.
Pritchard throws a sloppy head kick and You moves out of range easily.
You closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pritchard circles away.
You changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pritchard tries to avoid it but You manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pritchard to the ground. Pritchard escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
You checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Horrible takedown attempt by You or perhaps it was just good defense by Pritchard, which made it look bad.

You drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

That was a close round but I would say that I Own You will probably get the nod.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Pritchard fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and You has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
