Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between El Chingon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hesh Law (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Chingon as Law shoots in.
Chingon looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Chingon fails with the takedown

and Law counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Law stays in close to Chingon's body and controls the position.
Chingon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Law closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Law lands in his opponent's guard.

Law drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Law jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Law drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Law jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Chingon can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Law is looking to escape.
Law is desperately trying to improve his position but Chingon has a good base and remains in mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Law manages to reverse the position and now he's in Chingon's guard. Nice work there by Law.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Law shoots in but Chingon avoids the takedown attempt easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Hesh Law will probably get the nod.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Law bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Chingon's guard.

Chingon looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Law has picked Chingon up and slammed him! Chingon can't keep hold of the triangle and Law manages to pass to side control!

Law has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Chingon is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Law yanks on the arm and Chingon is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Law.
