The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maniac gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Perez counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Maniac!
Perez in side control lands a decent elbow.

Perez lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Maniac quite badly. Maniac pulls Perez in close trying to recover. Perez postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Maniac on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Maniac doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
