The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woodley tries to clinch up but Penguin circles away and keeps his distance.
Penguin tried to counter with a leg kick but Woodley avoided it.

and Penguin counters with a shoot takedown. Woodley fights it but they end up in guard.
Woodley looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Penguin is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Woodley can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Penguin controls the pace.
Penguin keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Woodley's head.
