Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Gibson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henzo Hooah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Gibson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Gibson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Henzo Hooah!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibson steps into range and cracks Hooah with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Hooah flops backwards and Gibson dives into his guard looking to finish!
It looks like Henzo Hooah has been cut.
Gibson wants to pass the guard but Hooah is keeping the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gibson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Gibson trying to control but Hooah is working from the bottom.
Hooah avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Gibson drops back looking for a leg! Hooah is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hooah manages to kick Gibson off! Gibson jumps back into Hooah's guard.
Hooah wants to get back to his feet but Gibson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Gibson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hooah swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Gibson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Hooah is rocked!
Gibson is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Hooah looks calm but he's in trouble here. Gibson gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Hooah is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Gibson lets go of the hold and Hooah can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jack Gibson!
