Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Amir Khalidov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Abe Nolan!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nolan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Khalidov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Khalidov is working for a submission of some sort.
Khalidov tries to stand but can't do so whilst Nolan controls his leg.

Khalidov is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Nolan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Khalidov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Khalidov trying to control from half guard but Nolan is working away.
Nolan controlling the position for now.
Nolan tries to get to full guard but Khalidov has control of the leg.
Nolan pushes Khalidov off looking to stand but Khalidov dives back in and keeps control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Khalidov is looking to take a break and control but Nolan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nolan wants to improve his position but Khalidov is controlling well.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Khalidov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Khalidov throws a sloppy head kick and Nolan moves out of range easily.
Khalidov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A right-left combo lands from Nolan.


It looks like Amir Khalidov has been cut.
Nolan misses with a series of wild punches.
Khalidov swats away the attempt to clinch by Nolan.
A head kick misses from Khalidov.

Nolan clinches.

Nolan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Khalidov.

Khalidov shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Khalidov showed some decent athleticism there.

Khalidov is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Nolan is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
