The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Norton gets caught napping as Bones dives in and scores a takedown. Norton manages to retain guard.
Norton will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Bones throws a strike but Norton rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Norton is in close to Bones's body, working some short punches and elbows.

It looks like Bro Bones has been cut.
Bones is looking to stand up but Norton isn't so interested in that idea.
Bones looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Bones is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Norton dives into side control.
Bones is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Bones wants to stand back up but Norton manages to pass into side control.
Bones looks to move to half guard but instead Norton has passed into mount! Damn!
Norton pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Norton lands a couple of good shots and Bones has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

That has opened up Bro Bones's cut even more.
Bones rolls, trying to escape but Norton keeps control of the position.

Norton is punishing Bones with some ground and pound.

Bones is rocked!

Bro Bones's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bro Bones's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
