The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Egorovich takes a swing at Gray's ribcage but misses.
Gray wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Egorovich shoots in for a takedown but Gray shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Egorovich tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Gray defends well and Egorovich ends up having to push Gray into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Egorovich clinches up against the cage.

Egorovich manages to break the clinch.
Egorovich fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gray manages to avoid it.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Gray pulls guard.
Gray is looking to stand up but Egorovich isn't so interested in that idea.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gray pushes Egorovich off and scrambles back to his feet.

Egorovich rushes Gray and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Gray stops a takedown attempt from Egorovich.
Julian Gray has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nikolay Egorovich.
Gray is trying to break free.

Gray has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Egorovich uses from the top position.
Egorovich is looking to work some ground and pound but Gray has wrist control.

Gray looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Egorovich is defending well. Gray quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Egorovich has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gray celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
