The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frunze misses with a kick to the body
and Henry counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Frunze!
Henry is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Frunze will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

A little jabbing left from Henry on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Henry throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Henry closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Frunze's guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Horrible takedown attempt by Henry or perhaps it was just good defense by Frunze, which made it look bad.

Henry's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Henry shoots in and drives through. Frunze sprawls well.
Henry tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Frunze was well out of range. Poor timing from Henry.

Henry stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Henry bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Timur Frunze.
I think Henry has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
