And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jimmy Henderson!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Roberts and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ball shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Henderson eats them both and turns towards Ball to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Jimmy Henderson has been cut.
Ball swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Henderson doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Ball misses with a wild combination.
Ball misses with a lunging right hand
and Henderson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Ball throws a sloppy head kick
and Henderson counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ball throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Henderson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Ball swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Henderson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Ball fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Henderson.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Henderson counters with a series of strikes. Ball will be more careful next time no doubt.

and Henderson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Henderson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Ball defends it well.

and Henderson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Henderson is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Ball is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
