Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Colby Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Rockgroin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henderson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is 2pac- Nigga Ready For War. Nick Rockgroin told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson has a takedown stuffed.
Henderson tries for a takedown but Rockgroin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Henderson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Rockgroin breaks from the clinch.

Henderson is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Rockgroin asserts his dominance and retains side control.

No joy there for Henderson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
