Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Osama Akharraz (ranked 1615 p4p, 245 weight class) and Mr Joker (ranked 1787 p4p, 272 weight class). Joker has chosen The Jester of Genocide - Travis Scott as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mr Joker!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Akharraz does no damage.
Akharraz doesn't manage to clinch there - Joker circles away.
Joker tries to counter by closing the distance.
Akharraz pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Joker back to the cage. Akharraz follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Mr Joker has been cut.
Akharraz cracks Joker with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Akharraz looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A telegraphed right hand from Joker misses the target.
Joker throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Akharraz sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Akharraz tries to clinch but Joker moves out of range.
Joker lands a lovely overhand right.
Joker lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Akharraz takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Joker connects with a right hand. Akharraz shakes it off.
Akharraz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Joker walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Akharraz clinches up against the cage.

Joker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Joker throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Akharraz moves out of range as Joker strikes.
Joker throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Akharraz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Joker.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Akharraz!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Akharraz fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Joker misses with a left hand
and Akharraz makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Joker looks to throw the jab but Akharraz is out of range.
Joker might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Akharraz is rocked!
Joker circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Akharraz tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Joker wins by KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mr Joker!
Mr Joker was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
