Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Ryan (ranked 6324 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kev Wooten (ranked 2851 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ryan might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Beast. Wooten has chosen Gods gonna cut you down- Johnny Cash as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kev Wooten!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wooten takes a swing at Ryan's ribcage but misses.
Wooten keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Wooten avoids a punch combination nicely.
A little jabbing left from Wooten on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Ryan slips a jab and a cross from Wooten.
Ryan fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Wooten on the side of the head.
Andrew Ryan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ryan takes a swing at Wooten's ribcage but misses.
Wooten dodges the punch combination from Ryan.
Wooten appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Wooten has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Ryan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wooten stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Ryan has managed to clinch.

Ryan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ryan connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wooten loads up on a big right hand but Ryan slips the punch.
Wooten takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Ryan looks to land a combination but Wooten avoids it well.

and Wooten counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Ryan fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Wooten looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ryan works the jab nicely.
The fighters circle momentarily. Ryan darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wooten throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Wooten counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Ryan! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Wooten!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kev Wooten!
Kev Wooten really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that 424 Co. logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Andrew Ryan spoke after the fight, saying 'FREE MAMADO LET HIM USE THE FORUM'.
