The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Embiid fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Toddler to the ground. Embiid is now in Toddler's guard.
Toddler might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Embiid throws a big elbow that misses.

Toddler is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Embiid defends well.
Embiid is pushing down on Toddler's leg trying to pass to half guard. Toddler is fighting to maintain full guard but Embiid has managed to sneak the leg through.

Embiid seems to be looking for submissions.
Toddler has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Embiid is working away from the top position though.
Toddler is refusing to be controlled, as Embiid sits in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Toddler has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Embiid. Oh but Toddler has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Embiid goes limp - he's gone! Toddler jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
