PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sho Fukamachi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Skinner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fukamachi comes to the cage accompanied by Guyver: The Bio-Boosted Armor. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sho Fukamachi!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobby Skinner!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fukamachi closes the distance and clinches up with Skinner, looking for a takedown. Fukamachi pushes Skinner against the cage but Skinner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fukamachi throws a leg kick but Skinner sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Skinner tries to roll over but Fukamachi keeps him under control.
Skinner tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Fukamachi has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Skinner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fukamachi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Fukamachi has hold of Skinner's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Skinner manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That was a close second round but I would say that Sho Fukamachi will probably get the nod.
