Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kerisiano Lagomau (ranked 1783 p4p, 189 weight class) and Robert Diggs (ranked 1773 p4p, 188 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lagomau throws the left hand but Diggs avoids the punch easily.
Diggs avoids the body shot from Lagomau.
Lagomau throws a right and a left that Diggs avoids nicely.
And Diggs tries to counter it with a takedown but Lagomau pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Kerisiano Lagomau seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lagomau takes a swing at Diggs's ribcage but misses.
We've been told by Lagomau's head coaches at Samran Muay Thai that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Lagomau throws a nice inside leg kick.
Diggs slips under a jab from Lagomau.
Nice uppercut lands for Lagomau. That snapped Diggs's head back.
Lagomau throws a right and a left that both miss.

Diggs shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lagomau manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Lagomau has his feet on Diggs's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Diggs fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lagomau to the ground. Diggs is now in Lagomau's guard.

Diggs drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Diggs as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Lagomau screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Diggs! Nice submission victory there!
