Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steve McMichael!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Alyssa Summers and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mcmillan looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Mcmillan trying to control the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McMichael wants to get back to full guard but Mcmillan has passed into side control.
Mcmillan is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Mcmillan decides to stand up, so the ref orders McMichael to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

McMichael feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

McMichael wants to pass the guard but Mcmillan is keeping the position.
McMichael not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Mcmillan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Mcmillan pulls McMichael in close to his closed guard and prevents McMichael from doing any damage or advancing position.
McMichael pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mcmillan is keeping the position for now.
Mcmillan looking to control but McMichael passes into half guard.
Mcmillan is looking to control McMichael's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mcmillan avoid being mounted?

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Mcmillan is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Mcmillan wants to control but McMichael passes into side.
Mcmillan is trying to control McMichael's posture but McMichael avoids it.
McMichael wants to control but Mcmillan is keeping him busy.
Mcmillan can't do much from the bottom here.
A control attempt from Mcmillan but he's now mounted!
Mcmillan is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, McMichael has taken his back.

McMichael working for a choke but Mcmillan is defending well.
McMichael gets his hands free as Mcmillan looks to control.

Mcmillan just trying to survive but McMichael is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

McMichael not allowing Mcmillan to control his hands.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
McMichael misses with an elbow to the head.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - McMichael's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

McMichael is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

McMichael thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.
McMichael gets his hands free as Mcmillan looks to control.

McMichael working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Mcmillan is doing well to defend. McMichael seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Mcmillan is forced to tap and this one is over!
