The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skitto drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Best has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Skitto is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Best breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Skitto throws a combination that misses
and Best counters with a single leg into guard. Skitto didn't expect that.
Best drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Best jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Best controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Best could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Best throws a big elbow that misses.
Best drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Best as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Skitto screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Best! Nice submission victory there!
