The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gest shoots in looking for a takedown. Frank tries to sprawl out of it but Gest keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Frank manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Gest rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Frank connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Frank tries to close the distance and clinch but Gest swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Gest looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Frank wants to control but Gest is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Frank is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Frank drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Frank seems to have locked his on tight now - Gest screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Frank, as he picks up the win!
