And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Swagga Beats!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Topper Green and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mills scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Beats closes the distance and clinches up with Mills, looking for a takedown. Beats pushes Mills against the cage but Mills circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mills connects with a jab.
Mills fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Beats has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Mills fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Beats on the side of the head.
Mills works Beats's body with a nice hook.
Beats takes one to the side of the head.
Beats dives in for a single leg takedown but Mills sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Mills.
Mills throws a nice inside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A combination from Beats does no damage.
Beats misses the shot to the body.
Mills ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Beats with a poor takedown

John Mills has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Swagga Beats.
Mills fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beats manages to avoid it.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Mills, right into the meat.
The fighters circle momentarily. Mills darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Beats drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Sloppy strikes from Beats. Those never looked like landing.

Beats will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mills throws a quick counter kick to the body but Beats avoids it.
Mills comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Mills feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Beats sprawling to the canvas! Beats rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mills finish him?!
Beats is still on wobbly legs! Can Mills finish him?
Mills lands a brutal uppercut that launches Beats off his feet! Beats tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
