Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boban Savic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Home Grown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Grown.
Savic keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Savic throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Savic lands with a shot to the body.
Savic looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Savic closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Grown looks gassed!

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Savic throws a lazy right hand but Grown sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Savic rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Grown moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Grown keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Savic.
Savic tries for a takedown but Grown circles away easily
and Grown makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Savic fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Savic feints and as Grown raises his hands in defense, Savic changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Savic wants to stand but Grown has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Grown holds on and takes a little breather.

Grown is trying to keep Savic in close.
Grown wants to sweep but no luck.
Savic tries to stand but Grown is controlling from the bottom.
Grown trying to keep a closed guard but Savic is proving a slippery customer.

Horrible takedown by Savic or perhaps it was just good defense by Grown which made him look bad.
Savic looks to land a right hand but Grown moved out of range.
Savic is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Grown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Grown connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Savic's hands.
Savic takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Savic misses with a takedown attempt - Grown sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Grown lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Grown showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Savic.
Savic shoots in looking for a takedown. Grown tries to sprawl out of it but Savic keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Grown manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Boban Savic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice straight punches there by Grown. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Grown.

Savic takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Grown gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Grown takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Grown lands with an uppercut that bounces Savic off the cage and back into rage.
Grown ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Grown throws a nice outside leg kick.
Boban Savic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Grown uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Grown keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Grown will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Grown thumps Savic with a low kick.
Grown dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Savic. That did some damage!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Home Grown showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Nice sprawl there from Savic as Grown shoots in.
Savic on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Grown. Grown obviously looking to wear him down.
Grown avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Grown looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Savic missing with a left hand there. Grown was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Grown counters with a slapping leg kick.
Grown closes the distance and clinches up with Savic, looking for a takedown. Grown pushes Savic against the cage but Savic circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Grown walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Savic is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Grown changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Savic looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Savic is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Grown advances nicely into full mount.
Grown takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Grown controlling the position easily from mount.

Despite being in the dominant position, Home Grown just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Savic cracks Grown with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Home Grown.
