Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Inthachack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giovanni Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rodriguez has chosen Comprendes Mendez as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Giovanni Rodriguez!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Inthachack shoots in for a double leg but Rodriguez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!
Inthachack slips a jab and a cross from Rodriguez.
Inthachack scores with a head kick.
Inthachack closes the distance and clinches up with Rodriguez, looking for a takedown. Inthachack pushes Rodriguez against the cage but Rodriguez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Inthachack will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Inthachack. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rodriguez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Inthachack closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rodriguez to the mat! Rodriguez manages to get full guard.
Rodriguez is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Inthachack frees his head nicely. Oh but Rodriguez has switched to an armbar! Inthachack is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
