Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hans Schwartzmuller (ranked 23863 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Koresh (ranked 2798 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that David Koresh was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hans Schwartzmuller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, David Koresh!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koresh throws a jab when Schwartzmuller was well out of range.
Schwartzmuller throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Koresh looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Koresh comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Koresh loads up on a big right hand but Schwartzmuller slips the punch.
Schwartzmuller moves to clinch but Koresh breaks away
enabling Koresh to counter with a crisp jab.
Schwartzmuller tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Koresh was well out of range. Poor timing from Schwartzmuller.
Schwartzmuller tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Koresh connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Koresh blocks a head kick by Schwartzmuller.

Schwartzmuller wants to clinch but Koresh slips to the side
and Koresh counters with a stiff right hand.

Schwartzmuller has had enough of the clinch but Koresh keeps him there for the moment.
Koresh looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Koresh is pressed up against the cage. Schwartzmuller has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Koresh down to the mat. Koresh avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Koresh paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Koresh misses with the combination.
Schwartzmuller throws a big counter combination but Koresh scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Koresh digs a good body shot into Schwartzmuller's ribs.
Koresh bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Schwartzmuller tries to clinch but Koresh moves away
and Koresh counters with a straight right hand.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Schwartzmuller is defended easily by Koresh.

Koresh drops Schwartzmuller with a beautiful combination! Schwartzmuller stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Koresh is looking for the KO!

Oooooh!!! Koresh has knocked Schwartzmuller down with a huge combo! Koresh steps away and waves a wobbly Schwartzmuller back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Oh Schwartzmuller is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Schwartzmuller takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Schwartzmuller has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Schwartzmuller there as he acknowledges the shot.
Koresh throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Schwartzmuller stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Koresh cracks Schwartzmuller with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Koresh has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Schwartzmuller to stand back up!

Koresh lands a big uppercut and Schwartzmuller crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Schwartzmuller looks OK. Koresh waves Schwartzmuller back to his feet!


Hans Schwartzmuller's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Schwartzmuller doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Koresh counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). David Koresh!
David Koresh made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'I heard him squeal like a little girl when I hit so I knew he was a bitch.'.
