The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Watson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Watson has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Watson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Draven can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Watson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Draven tries to reverse the position but Watson maintains control.

Watson lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Draven is rocked!
Watson prevents Draven from getting the reversal.
Oh Draven is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Watson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Draven seems to have got his legs back now.
Draven is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Draven takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Watson's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
