Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vassily Amached (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimitri Slovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slovich misses with a takedown attempt - Amached sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Slovich shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Slovich showed some decent athleticism there.

Amached feints and as Slovich raises his hands in defense, Amached changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Amached drops back looking for a leg! Slovich is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Slovich manages to kick Amached off! Amached jumps back into Slovich's guard.
Slovich wants to stand up but Amached is controlling him.
Slovich looks gassed!
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Amached's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Slovich wants to stand but Amached is controlling the position.
Slovich really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Amached. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Amached lands a couple of elbows.
Amached tries to free his leg and advance position but Slovich is retaining full guard.

Amached distracts Slovich with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Amached cracks Slovich with a solid left hand.
Slovich is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Amached is controlling him.

Amached drops back looking for a leg! Slovich is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Slovich manages to kick Amached off! Amached jumps back into Slovich's guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Slovich has his takedown stuffed

and Amached counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Slovich!

Slovich really wants to buck Amached off and get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Amached fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Amached has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Slovich's face.
Slovich wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

Slovich is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Amached has control of Slovich's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Slovich regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Slovich's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Amached putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Amached breaks from Slovich's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Slovich is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Slovich somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!
Amached shoots in for a double leg but Slovich sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

and Amached counters with a single leg into guard. Slovich didn't expect that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Slovich wants to stand and escape but Amached is having none of it.

Slovich wriggles free and stands up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Amached feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Amached lands a couple of elbows.
Amached won't allow Slovich to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Amached counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Slovich's guard now.
Slovich wants to get back to his feet but Amached is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Amached is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Amached drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Amached as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Slovich screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Amached! Nice submission victory there!
