The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones Sr takes the fight into the clinch.
Lott fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jones Sr tries to break free but Lott pushes him back against the cage.
Lott really is a fat lump.
Lott manages to pull guard.
Jones Sr stops Lott from standing up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lott trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lott is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Jones Sr has his hands clasped together but Lott extends and breaks Jones Sr's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Lott.
