Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ross Kemp (ranked 691 p4p, 76 weight class) and Artur Kasza (ranked 973 p4p, 104 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Artur Kasza!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasza with a poor takedown
and Kemp counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kemp throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kasza.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Kasza working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Kasza changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kemp tries to avoid it but Kasza manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kemp to the ground. Kemp escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
