PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hugh Meatstock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Tuffnuts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joey Tuffnuts told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meatstock connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Meatstock has closed the distance and engaged Tuffnuts in a clinch.

Meatstock's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Tuffnuts tries to keep at a distance but Meatstock has taken the fight into the clinch.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tuffnuts cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Tuffnuts has hold of Meatstock's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Meatstock manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Hugh Meatstock is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Meatstock will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Tuffnuts feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
