Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kenton Gaines (ranked 8244 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rukman Gunapala (ranked 4232 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kenton Gaines!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rukman Gunapala!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaines shoots in looking for a takedown. Gunapala tries to sprawl out of it but Gaines keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gunapala manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gaines looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Gunapala connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gaines. Gaines circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Gunapala throws a shot from downtown. Gaines moves away and avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gunapala avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gunapala looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Gunapala throws the left hand but Gaines avoids the punch easily.
Gunapala misses with an uppercut.
Gaines uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gunapala.
Gaines looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gunapala. Gaines does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gaines takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Gunapala steps in with a hook that catches Gaines right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Gunapala follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Gaines looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rukman Gunapala!
Rukman Gunapala decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
