Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Choo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler White is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Choo clinches.

Choo has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics White uses from the top position.
White pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Choo is keeping the position for now.
White throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Choo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Choo uses his free foot to push down on White's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for White.

Choo has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, White has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
White is trying to break free.

Choo patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?

White is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Choo controlling the position well here. White rolled but Choo kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
