The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lee.
A momentary lapse in concentration from McBrick enables Lee to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. McBrick manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Lee's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Lee stands up over McBrick, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
McBrick is rocked!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oh McBrick is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lee arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! McBrick's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Stan Lee!
