Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vjetrojeb Jebivjetar (ranked 5784 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tourney Dropout (ranked 5799 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tourney Dropout!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, David Schapiro and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jebivjetar misses with a takedown attempt - Dropout sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Dropout looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Jebivjetar on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jebivjetar tries to get out of the position.
Dropout trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Jebivjetar trying to keep a closed guard but Dropout is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dropout stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jebivjetar swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jebivjetar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Dropout controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Jebivjetar will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Dropout throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jebivjetar tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dropout is in Jebivjetar's guard.
Dropout is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Let's hope that Dropout has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Dropout's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tourney Dropout dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Dropout fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Jebivjetar looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dropout is fending him off so far but Jebivjetar persists. Nope, Dropout circles away and we're back to standing.
Dropout looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Dropout throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jebivjetar was covering up waiting for the punch and Dropout finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Dropout won't allow Jebivjetar to sweep him here.
Dropout is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Well Dropout has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
