Miller comes into the arena with Who Was In My Room Last Night by Butthole Surfers blaring out of the sound system. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randy Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hades Anderson!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Anderson.
Miller swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The fighters circling - Miller throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Anderson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Miller.
Anderson looks to throw the jab but Miller is out of range.
Miller scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Anderson lands an overhand right.
Nice defenses there by Miller.
Good shot there by Miller.
Anderson cracks Miller with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Miller tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Anderson was well out of range. Poor timing from Miller.
Nice uppercut there from Anderson.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A punch lands to the side of Anderson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Miller connects with a good right hand that stumbles Anderson. Anderson circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Anderson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Miller.
Anderson looks to throw the jab but Miller is out of range.
Miller has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Anderson looks to land a left hand but Miller moved out of range nicely.
A punch lands to the side of Miller 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Miller fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Anderson on the side of the head.

Anderson throws out a loose jab but Miller uses good head movement to avoid it.
Miller takes a jab right on the kisser.
Miller misses the shot to the body.
Miller throws a looping overhand right but Anderson ducks down to avoid it.
Miller staying out of range there.
Anderson misses with a hook. Miller ducked under it nicely.
Anderson throws a big shot that misses.
Miller throws a body shot but no joy.
Anderson throws a hook to the side of Miller's head but Miller sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Miller is looking to counter punch.
Miller misses with a few strikes there.
Anderson throws a right hand that misses
and Miller counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Anderson jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Anderson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Anderson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Miller manages to avoid it.
Miller throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Anderson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Miller.
The crowd cheers as Anderson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Miller doesn't seem phased though.
Miller is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

A jab from Anderson misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Anderson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Miller.
Miller gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Miller moves out of range of the strikes.
Anderson takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Miller lands with a straight right. Anderson didn't see that one coming.
Miller missing with a left hand there. Anderson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Miller drops Anderson with a beautiful combination! Anderson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Miller is looking for the KO!


Anderson is rocked!


It looks like Hades Anderson has been cut.
Miller fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Anderson to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Anderson looks to clinch but Miller throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Anderson taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Randy Miller!
A relieved looking Randy Miller thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
