The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Petersson gets a clinch.

Petersson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Berry swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Berry takes one to the side of the head.
Berry throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Petersson tumbling to the canvas!

It looks like Kristian Petersson has been cut.
Petersson wants to get back to his feet but Berry passes into half guard.

Berry is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Petersson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Berry misses with a looping right.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Berry takes a kick to the side of the head.
Petersson misses with the combination.
Berry waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Petersson. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Petersson to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Petersson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Berry. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Berry gets to his feet - Petersson follows without any prompting.
Berry walks into a stiff left hand from Petersson.
Berry pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Petersson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Berry swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Petersson slips a straight right by Berry.
Petersson ducks straight into an uppercut from Berry and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Petersson maanges to regain guard straight away.
Petersson looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Berry puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Petersson wants to get back to full guard but Berry has mounted him!
Berry content just to control the position here.
Petersson tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Petersson looks gassed!

Berry takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Berry prevents Petersson from getting the reversal.
Petersson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Berry sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Berry stands and steps away. Petersson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Berry lands a nice hook to Petersson's body. Petersson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Berry throws a monster overhand right that drops Petersson! Berry follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
