Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Edwards landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Mack actively working from the bottom here.
Mack is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Mack wants to control but Edwards is keeping busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Edwards slips a nice elbow through Mack's hands, connecting with Mack's forehead.
Mack tries to get to full guard but Edwards has control of the leg.

Mack is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Edwards defends well.

Mack working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Edwards doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Edwards manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Edwards wants to control from the top but Mack keeps moving.

Mack has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Edwards doesn't defend quickly enough and Mack has managed to lock this one up! Can Edwards escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Mack on a fantastic submission victory.
