Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Efrain Escudero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Planet Lovetron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escudero misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Escudero throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lovetron's waist but Lovetron gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Escudero off to one side.

Escudero working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lovetron doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lovetron manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Lovetron closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Lovetron is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Escudero looks calm but he's in trouble here. Lovetron gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Escudero is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Lovetron lets go of the hold and Escudero can pop his arm back in it's socket.
