Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lyoto Parks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sulayman Jihad!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Topper Green and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parks throws a good cross that connects.
It looks like Sulayman Jihad has been cut.
Jihad lands with a hook. Parks tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Nice defenses there by Parks.

No joy there for Jihad, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Jihad feints a jab promting Parks to slip. Jihad then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Parks slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Parks throws a shot from downtown. Jihad moves away and avoids it.

Jihad throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jihad uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Parks.
A little jabbing left from Jihad on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Jihad throws a lazy uppercut
and Parks counters with a crisp right that sends Jihad to the canvas! Parks follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
