Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pozar Pozar (ranked 11297 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pepe Maldini (ranked 4029 p4p, 0 weight class). Pozar's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, z Buta Wjeżdzam. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 42 - 0, fighting out of London, Pozar Pozar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Pepe Maldini!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Maldini. Pozar does a little dance to reset his feet.
Maldini lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Maldini lands a head shot.
Maldini tries to land a leg kick but Pozar saw it coming and moves away.

and Pozar counters with a left and a right that stings Maldini.
Maldini avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Pozar shoots in but no luck this time.

Maldini has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pozar is working away from the top position though.
Pozar seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Maldini does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Pozar really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Pozar avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Pozar sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Maldini's guard.

A nice side step and Maldini releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Maldini lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

and Maldini counters with a nice uppercut.
Pepe Maldini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pozar misses with a series of wild punches.
Pozar shoots in for a takedown but Maldini shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Maldini throws a body punch but Pozar moves out of range.
Pozar stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Maldini.

Pozar shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Maldini connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Pozar shoots in for a double leg but Maldini sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

It looked like Pozar was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

A nice side step and Maldini releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Pozar is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Maldini is just riding it out for now. Pozar eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Maldini is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pozar pulls his head out easily.

Pozar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Pepe Maldini showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Maldini enables Pozar to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Maldini manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Maldini fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Pozar has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

I would just about give that final round to Pepe Maldini.
I've got Maldini winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
