The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riddick swats away the attempt to clinch by Gracie.
Gracie fails with a takedown attempt.
Riddick looks to score with a jab to the body but Gracie is just out of range.

Riddick stands and throws Gracie's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Riddick swings around for an armbar but Gracie sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Riddick's guard.

Riddick is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gracie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Riddick works to advance to full mount. Gracie defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Gracie looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out!
