Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mark Lee (ranked 6784 p4p, 548 weight class) and Darren Stephens (ranked 24519 p4p, 660 weight class). Lee comes into the arena with Look alive drake blaring out of the sound system. Stephens has chosen The A-Team as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mark Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Darren Stephens!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Stephens to the mat! Stephens manages to get full guard.
Stephens is looking to stand back up but Lee counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Stephens.
Lee lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Stephens wants to improve his position but Lee is controlling well.
Lee lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Lee working over Stephens with some ground and pound. Stephens looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Stephens can do anything to dispel that myth.
Stephens trying to control but Lee postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee drops an elbow to the side of Stephens's head.
Lee lands strikes from half guard.
Lee wants to take a breather but Stephens is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lee connects with a nice short shot to Stephens's temple.
Stephens is rocked!
Lee is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Stephens is still in real trouble! Can Lee finish him?
Lee is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Stephens is hurt! He's hurt bad - Lee fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Stephens from any more punishment! Congratulations to Lee! Great finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mark Lee!
Mark Lee bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
