Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gigantor Monster (ranked 3462 p4p, 123 weight class) and Bidon Van Roosmalen (ranked 3740 p4p, 132 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Gigantor Monster has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Gigantor Monster seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Roosmalen pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Monster throws a body shot but no joy.
Van Roosmalen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice defenses there by Van Roosmalen.
Van Roosmalen looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Van Roosmalen takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Monster rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Van Roosmalen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Van Roosmalen throws a big counter head kick but Monster avoids it with no problem.
Monster misses with a body shot.
Monster bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Monster lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Monster lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Monster scores with the left hand. Van Roosmalen knows he should have avoided that one.
Monster throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Van Roosmalen.
Van Roosmalen moves out of range as Monster strikes.
Van Roosmalen throws a head kick that misses.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sloppy strikes from Monster. Those never looked like landing.

Van Roosmalen tries to move into range but Monster moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Van Roosmalen has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Van Roosmalen there as he acknowledges the shot.

Van Roosmalen is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Van Roosmalen throws a head kick that half lands.
A looping hook to the body misses from Monster. Van Roosmalen does a little dance to reset his feet.

Monster misses with a right hand
and Van Roosmalen counters with a flying knee that drops Monster! Van Roosmalen dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!
