The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Habana scores with a sloppy right hand. Carvarlo should have avoided that one.
Carvarlo throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
This has been an exciting period of action!

It looked like Habana was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Carvarlo has Habana pressed up against the ropes in a tight Thai clinch. Habana is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Carvarlo - that's hurt Habana badly! Oh, another knee lands and Habana is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Habana doesn't seem to be complaining.
