The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riise keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Boy connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Boy throws a hook but Riise avoids it easily.
As Boy tries to get set, Riise tries to push him back and clinch up but Boy manages to avoid the attempt.
Boy looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Riise throws a nice head kick!
Boy throws a combination that misses

and Riise counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Riise.
Riise tries to land knees in the clinch but Boy avoids the damage to the body.
Boy scores with a nice hook to the head.
Riise displaying some good clinch control by pressing Boy up against the cage.
Boy has Riise pushed against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Riise drops down looking for an ankle pick but Boy pulls his leg out and moves away.
Boy rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Riise counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Boy looks to land a combination but Riise avoids it well.

Riise misses with a body punch
and Boy counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Riise with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Boy throws a looping overhand right but Riise ducks down to avoid it.
Boy lands a two punch combo.

Riise is rocked!
Riise looks up at the clock. Bad move! Boy lands a right hand from hell, dropping Riise. Boy pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Party Boy!
Party Boy decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
