The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

It looks like Daniel Barbosa has been cut.
Moretti tries to clinch up but Barbosa circles away and keeps his distance.
Moretti has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Barbosa throws a body punch but Moretti moves out of range.
A chopping leg kick lands by Barbosa.

Barbosa postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Moretti is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Barbosa, into his guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Barbosa holds on and takes a little breather.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Barbosa bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Moretti's guard.

Barbosa is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Moretti is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Moretti flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Barbosa anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Moretti and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Barbosa slips an arm under Moretti chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Barbosa has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Barbosa is squeezing on Moretti like an anaconda would it's prey. Moretti fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
