Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between JJ Jones (ranked 5775 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deckard Cain (ranked 4122 p4p, 0 weight class). JJ Jones is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, JJ Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Deckard Cain!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones dives in and grabs Cain's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cain pushes down on Jones's head and hops out.
Jones misses with a takedown attempt - Cain sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Jones tries to keep at a distance but Cain has taken the fight into the clinch.
Cain lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Jones is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Cain is defending well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for JJ Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Cain.
Cain lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Cain lands a right hand that snaps the head of Jones backwards.

It looks like JJ Jones has been cut.
Cain lands a body shot in the clinch.
Cain pushes Jones back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Jones changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cain fights it off and pushes away nicely.
A cross from Cain lands.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Cain.
Cain lands a nice shot to the body.
Jones is breathing heavily.
Cain slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Jones is rocked!
Cain is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Jones flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Jones is out cold! Cain holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Deckard Cain!
In his post fight interview, Deckard Cain started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
