Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tae Lae Rocko (ranked 5554 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Sir Jr (ranked 5910 p4p, 560 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rocko doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Sir Jr lands with a hook. Rocko tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Rocko throws the left hand but Sir Jr avoids the punch easily.
Sir Jr throws a good cross that connects.
Rocko gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Rocko jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sir Jr fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Rocko has Sir Jr up against the cage in a clinch.
Sir Jr struggles to land a body shot inside as Rocko controls his hands.
Sir Jr misses with a hook from the clinch.
Sir Jr gets through Rocko 's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Rocko 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rocko lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Sir Jr lands with an uppercut that bounces Rocko off the cage and back into range.
Tae Lae Rocko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rocko pivots, looking for a leg kick but Sir Jr is out of range and Rocko settles back down.

and Sir Jr cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sir Jr chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rocko can pounce on him.
Sir Jr scores with a jab. Rocko acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Rocko darts in and clinches Sir Jr up against the cage.
Sir Jr can't find room to land a body shot as Rocko controls the action.
Sir Jr goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Sir Jr lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sir Jr misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Sir Jr swings wildly with an uppercut but Rocko uses good head movement to avoid it.

Rocko manages to break the clinch.
Rocko throws a leg kick which misses Sir Jr's front leg but catches the back leg as Sir Jr tries to avoid it.
Rocko lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Rocko tries to move into range but Sir Jr moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Sir Jr throws a body punch but Rocko moves out of range.
Sloppy strikes from Rocko . Those never looked like landing.
A little jabbing left from Sir Jr on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Rocko drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Rocko tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sir Jr lands a glancing blow to the side of Rocko 's head.

and Sir Jr counters with a three punch combo that has Rocko backing up. Rocko nods at Sir Jr to acknowledge the strikes.
Rocko misses with a low kick as Sir Jr jumps back.

Rocko cracks Sir Jr with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Rocko has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Sir Jr to stand back up!
Sir Jr ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

and Sir Jr counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Rocko breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rocko weaves into range and cracks Sir Jr right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Sir Jr goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Rocko is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
