The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pee changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sour looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Sour is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Pee is looking to take a break and control but Sour is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
It looks like Pee is going to stand back up.
Sour is trying to maintain the position but Pee is very close to passing his half guard.
Pee content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Pee seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sour does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Sour throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Sour is trying to control but can't.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Sour tries for a takedown but Pee manages to get underhooks.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Pee is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Sour working for a triangle but Pee defends it easily.

Pee had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Sour is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Pee Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Sour's back instead.

Sour is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Pee gets his way!
Pee keeps control of the position as Sour tries to break free.
Pee is trying to stick to Sour's back but Sour is turning into Pee. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Pee's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Sour.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sour trying to control but Pee is working from the bottom.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Pee counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Dung Pee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sweet and Sour.

Pee drops back, looking for a kneebar! Sour looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Sour looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Sour!

Sour wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pee keeps working.

Sour has Pee pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Pee manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Pee has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sour uses from the top position.

Dung Pee overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Pee wants to hold on but Sour pushes him away.
