Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Poole (ranked 7499 p4p, 277 weight class) and Jim Bone (ranked 4170 p4p, 197 weight class). Ryan Poole looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poole misses with a low kick as Bone jumps back.
Poole stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Poole wants it to stay on the feet.
Bone tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Poole paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Poole appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Poole avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Poole stuffs the takedown.
Poole shoots in but Bone avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Bone feints and as Poole raises his hands in defense, Bone changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bone won't allow Poole to sweep him here.
Bone should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Bone's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Bone slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Bone works to advance to full mount. Poole defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bone gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Poole blocks a head kick by Bone.

Poole looking to score a takedown here. Bone is defending well but Poole drives through and ends up in Bone's guard.
Poole wanted to stand there but Bone had control of the position.
Poole trying to control but Bone is working from the bottom.
Poole is breathing heavily.

Poole is sitting in close to Bone's body. Bone has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Poole is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Poole is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Bone.
