Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, James Saecer!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Ryoma Takatsuka and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman closes this distance looking for a takedown but Saecer circles away.
Saecer throws a leg kick but Coleman sees it coming and moves out of range.
Coleman tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Saecer swivels and escapes.

Saecer fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Coleman to the ground. Saecer is now in Coleman's guard.
Coleman is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

It looked like Coleman was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Coleman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Saecer but Saecer pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


Saecer tries to clinch but Coleman is having none of it.
Coleman went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Coleman dives in and grabs Saecer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Saecer pushes down on Coleman's head and hops out.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Saecer is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Coleman sees it coming and defends easily.
Saecer seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Coleman does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well Saecer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
