Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gosha Lopez (ranked 310 p4p, 42 weight class) and Soul Shadow (ranked 616 p4p, 78 weight class). Lopez comes to the cage accompanied by Sho Z-pod duba. Shadow comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Shadow and Soul - Red kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Gosha Lopez has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shadow throws a big shot that misses.
A little feinted left hand from Lopez on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Lopez throws out a loose jab but Shadow uses good head movement to avoid it.

The fight stays on the outside here - Shadow looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Shadow tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lopez swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The fighters circle momentarily. Shadow darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

That was a close round but I would say that Gosha Lopez will probably get the nod.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Lopez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Shadow has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lopez has managed to get both his arms back between Shadow's legs - danger averted.

Soul Shadow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Lopez's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Lopez lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
